One of the largest sources of employment in the northwest Alabama area for decades has been the aluminum industry.

G&G has fabricated rotary tilting furnaces, holding furnaces, tilting furnaces, electric arc furnace shells, dross coolers, pot shells, and delacering drums. G&G has the capability to fabricate, machine, shop assemble and mechanically test the functionality of the components including applying specialty heat resistant paints.

G&G provides many product support items related to the aluminum Industry such as, machined tire forgings for rotary furnaces, trunnion shafts and rollers, fabricated bearing housings, fabricated and machined trunnion support bases and drive bases.
